I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of West Jakarta with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to assist. However, the rooms were not worth what I paid for, and I faced issues with the air conditioning during my second stay. Overall, it’s a decent choice, but some improvements could really enhance the experience.
